Aditya Mirza is the Managing Director of KLDiscovery India. KLDiscovery is a global leader in delivering best-in-class data management, information governance, and eDiscovery solutions to support client’s litigation, regulatory compliance, and internal investigation needs. As Managing Director, Aditya focuses on strategic leadership, industry engagement and client-centric excellence across KLDiscovery’s products and services.
Aditya was the Co-founder and CEO of Cenza, a global legal services provider that helped leading LegalTech companies, Law Departments & Law Firms in the journey towards digital transformation. Cenza was acquired by KLDiscovery in 2023. Prior to Cenza, Aditya worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking division of Deutsche Bank, New York. Aditya is a former President of the Chennai chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO Chennai). He is a Past Chairman of Madras Round Table 1, and an Executive Committee Member of SPASTN (The Spastics Society of TamilNadu). Aditya has a Master’s in Finance from Brandeis University, USA and has studied at The London School of Economics, Keio University, Japan and Loyola College,Chennai.
