He is a Co-founder of V C A J & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants. VCAJ was founded by a group of young and dynamic Chartered Accountants. VCAJ focuses on Assurance, Advisory, Tax(Domestic and International Tax), Valuations, and Tax litigation practice. VCAJ is a growing firm and within 4 years of its establishment, it has been onboarded as an exclusive network member for Chennai by Geneva Group International(‘GGI’). GGI is headquartered in Switzerland and through its network has a presence in over 126+ countries and a collective strength of 800+ firms comprising Accounting, Tax, and Law firms. Further, VCAJ is also a network member of TPC Group – South America.
At VCAJ, Chirag focuses on Tax and Regulatory practice with deep expertise of handling Cross-border acquisitions, Inbound and outbound business setup, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing, Corporate restructuring and Designing Employee Rewards Programme.Chirag graduated from DG Vaishnav College.
