K Jagannathan has been associated with Larsen & Toubro Ltd, for over 35 years, a professionally managed technology-driven engineering and construction organization that has excelled in many areas for the past 80 years in various fields, including engineering, manufacturing, construction services, information technology, and much more in India and abroad.
He possesses vast and varied experience in Industry-specific legal skills on issues such as procurement advice including drafting, vetting, and preparation of various contract documents including project finance deals, legal risk analysis, Dispute Resolution including Adjudication, DRB, Arbitration, Litigation, Mediation, the formation of JV Companies in India as well as abroad.
An active member of the International Bar Association, London, Construction industry development council, past Chairman expert committee on legal MCCI.
