With over 40 years of distinguished service to Colgate, Jay made wide-ranging contributions globally to strengthen the business, inspire innovation and develop leaders.
As Vice President, Global Strategic Innovation and Technology Alliances (SITA), Jay brought a wealth of experience and knowledge of Colgate;s global business to create new platform innovation opportunities.
Prior to leading the SITA team, Jay was Vice President, Global Oral Care (2000-2012) where he played a key role in advancing Colgate Oral Care business globally and was instrumental in the acquisition and commercialization of the Pro Argin technology platform.
In 2015, Jay was honoured as one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business.
