CA G. Karthikeyan is a Chartered Accountant and the Founder of GKM Global Services Private Limited, with offices in India and the USA, offering tax and compliance services across multiple jurisdictions. GKM’s core specialization is in structuring entities in India and the USA, providing tax solutions to business entities and High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in both tax jurisdictions.
Additionally, Mr. Karthikeyan served as a co-opted member of the Task Force Committee of the Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) and the Expert Advisory Committee, as well as the International Taxation Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi. He is also the author of a book on Goods and Services Tax (GST) and a regular columnist in various publications, including The Hindu, Business Line, Vikatan Group, Dinamalar, etc.
His social contributions include serving as the past president of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Main, past president of TiE Coimbatore, Round Tabler, and President of The Start-up Academy. Additionally, he holds positions as an independent director in several companies.
