As the chief visionary and architect behind the growth of Integra, Sriram conceptualized and implemented operations to realize Integra’s vision, by building an organizational culture that is recognized worldwide for delivering innovative and high-quality services to global Publishing Companies.
With a deep commitment towards working for the welfare of the underprivileged, Sriram launched the ‘Sriram Charitable Trust’ which has benefited thousands of poor, sick, needy, and underprivileged people in areas of healthcare, women empowerment, funding of education, social rehabilitation, and rural upliftment. The Trust also works in helping the Government for better Governance as well as in the area of the environment, carrying out tree planting on an extensive scale.

Under the leadership of Sriram, Sriram Charitable Trust had also launched Puducherry Vision 2025, in collaboration with CII, for the development of Pondicherry, involving all stakeholders.
Passionate about sustainability and organic farming, Sriram has started his own organic farm, spread over more than 150 acres. Working on sustainability, through rainwater harvesting on his farm, Sriram is also interested in afforestation and is in the process of creating an arboretum of a wide variety of plants and trees for the greening of the earth and also to provide a source of nature education to school and college students.
Sriram has just ventured into the business of fresh, organic, fruits and vegetables, sorted and packed, under the brand name of ‘Farmerie’. The brand addresses the needs of the consumers seeking safe food and also provides a sustainable livelihood for farmers. Also on the cards, is the launch of natural, traditional, organic, and wellness food products, the R&D for which is underway.
A Mechanical Engineering Graduate of the 1982-86 batch of Annamalai University, Sriram has a passion for technology and new gadgets. Deeply spiritual in nature with an interest in Carnatic Classical Music, Sriram is also an active sportsperson, who enjoys table tennis, swimming, and has recently taken up golf.
During the course of his exciting journey as an entrepreneur, a plethora of awards and recognitions have come his way and that of his Company. Starting with the Vocational Excellence Award from the Rotary Club, as early as 2002, and Trailblazer Awards from the Times of India Group in 2008 and 2011, Sriram was featured recently by best-selling Author and Entrepreneur, Rashmi Bansal, in her book ‘Take me Home’.
His Company, Integra, too, has been raking in Awards from organizations as diverse as MAIT, Star News, inc. India and NASSCOM which had recognized Integra with the Gender Inclusivity Award.
A past Chairman of the CII, Puducherry, 2008-09, Sriram is on the Southern Regional Council of CII and on various committees of the CII as well. A member of NASSCOM as well as Chambers of Commerce such as the Indo American Chamber of Commerce, the Indo Japan Chamber of Commerce, and the Indo German Chamber of Commerce, Sriram is also on the CII National Innovation & Entrepreneurship Council.
